ISESCO mourns Mr. Mohamed Beji Caid Essebsi, President of the Republic of Tunisia

The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) mourned the death of Mr. Mohamed Beji Caid Essebsi, President of the Republic of Tunisia, who passed away today morning in Tunis. ISESCO said that Mr. Essebsi was among the prominent leaders who are keen to promote and expand joint Islamic action. Besides, he constantly supported ISESCO and its civilizational mission through his patronage of many ministerial conferences and educational, scientific and cultural activities of ISESCO, and his great efforts to spread peace and security and continue wisely the march of development in Tunisia.

On this occasion, ISESCO expressed its condolences to Essebsi’s family beseeching Allah to have mercy on him and grant him Paradise.
