1- Purpose of the ICESCO Chatbot

The ICESCO Chatbot is an AI-powered tool designed to facilitate communication, provide general information, and assist users in accessing ICESCO-related services and resources. It is intended to enhance user experience but does not replace professional advice or official communications from ICESCO.

2- Acceptance of Terms

By using the ICESCO Chatbot, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

You will use the chatbot for purposes aligned with ICESCO’s mission and values.
You agree that the chatbot’s responses are generated based on available data and may not always be accurate, exhaustive, or current.

3- User Conduct

Users agree:

To use the chatbot in a respectful and constructive manner.
Not to share or request confidential, sensitive, or personal information while interacting with the chatbot.
Not to exploit the chatbot’s functionality for unauthorized purposes, including reverse engineering or misuse.

4- Limitations of Use

ICESCO does not guarantee the chatbot’s accuracy or applicability for specific cases.
Data entered into the chatbot may be anonymized and used to improve its performance, in alignment with ICESCO’s privacy standards.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

1- Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” refers to any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed or discussed during interactions with the chatbot, including:

Internal ICESCO policies, projects, or initiatives.
User inputs that contain sensitive personal or organizational data.
Any unpublished ICESCO-related information.

2- User Obligations

Users of the ICESCO Chatbot agree to:

Treat any Confidential Information disclosed during chatbot interactions as private and proprietary.
Refrain from sharing or distributing such information to unauthorized individuals or entities.
Use the Confidential Information solely for purposes related to ICESCO activities and services.

3- Exclusions

The following are not considered Confidential Information:

4- Violation of Terms

Any breach of these terms may result in termination of chatbot access and potential legal action, in accordance with ICESCO’s policies and applicable laws.
