Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri Honored at Opening of Third Extraordinary Session of ISESCO General Conference

The Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, was honored at the Bay La Sun Expo Center (Bay X) in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in recognition of his major role in promoting joint Islamic action, advancing and developing ISESCO and expanding its outreach; and in appreciation of his dedicated efforts to manage the work of ISESCO and strive to render it a major international organization  that is actively present at both the Islamic and international arenas.

The Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr Hamad bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Sheikh, handed the honorary shield to ISESCO Deputy Director General, Dr Amina Al-Hajri on behalf of Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri.

Dr Amina Al Hajri also received from the Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon to Riyadh “Grade d’Officier de l’Ordre de la Valeur” National Medal for which the President of the Republic, Mr Paul Biya, issued a decree to award it to H.E. Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, in recognition of the development and outreach he has scored for ISESCO and his noble services in the joint Islamic action.
