Delegation of Pakistani Parliament Members visits ISESCO 

Today afternoon, a delegation of Members of the Pakistani Parliament visited the headquarters of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO). They were received by Dr Mukhtar Ahmed, Advisor to ISESCO Director General, who briefed them on ISESCO’s areas of competence, goals, major projects, and action plans and programmes. The head of the delegation appreciated the outstanding efforts of ISESCO and its Director General, Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri to promote joint Islamic action and the Organization’s continuous cooperation with the competent authorities in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Afterwards, the delegation toured ISESCO headquarters’ facilities and they were offered copies of ISESCO’s information publications.

The meeting was attended by a number of Directors and heads of specialized centers of ISESCO.
