In his remarks, Dr. Ould Amar outlined the motivations for establishing a shared Reference Framework for the Arabic Language, encompassing cultural, developmental, civilizational, and scientific aspects. He noted that the initiative ultimately aims to secure a bright future for the Arabic language and strengthen its global standing.
