Azerbaijan Ambassador to Rabat visits ISESCO

The Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, today in his office, received Mr. Oktay Sudef Oglu Gurbanov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan accredited to the Kingdom of Morocco.

During this meeting, the two parties explored the cooperation relations between the Azerbaijani Government and ISESCO and the arrangements underway to hold the Fifth World Forum for Intercultural Dialogue in Baku on 2-3 May 2019. As part of this forum which will be attended by Dr Altwaijri, ISESCO will hold a symposium on ways to counter Islamophobia and extremism.
