IS HEADED
The General Directorate is headed by a Director General, who is elected by the General Conference upon recommendation of the Executive Council.
THE DIRECTOR GENERAL SUPERVISES
The Director General supervises the proper functioning of the Organization and ensures the provision
of suitable conditions for the performance of its missions pursuant
to its Internal Regulations and the Resolutions of the General Conference and the Executive Council.
