The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the Joint Action Plan, has announced the ICESCO-Uzbekistan Scholarship Programme for outstanding students from ICESCO Member States.
The programme aims to support academically strong students by providing access to high-quality higher education opportunities in Uzbekistan.

General Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a national of an ICESCO Member State
- Demonstrate English language proficiency: IELTS score of 5.5 or higher TOEFL: PBT 453 or higher, CBT 133 or higher, IBT 46 or higher, or Certificate confirming successful graduation from an international secondary school where instruction was fully conducted in English
Important:
- After submission, the candidates may be invited for an interview
- Applications are open from 1 March to 15 May 2026. Early submission is strongly encouraged.
- All documents must be clear and legible
- Documents must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation
- Documents must be in PDF and max 5 MB
- Applicants who do not possess a valid English proficiency certificate are required to take the
university entrance examination, which is similar in format to IELTS (Listening, Reading, Writing,
Speaking) and includes topics related to environment, ecology, climate change, and other subjects
