The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) participated in the 6th edition of the International Forum on Human Resources (HR) in Tangiers, which was held by AGEF Chamal Association, in partnership with the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation, under the theme: “Innovation and Industrial Excellence in the Era of the New Development Model: What Function for the HR?”

Dr. Kais Hammami, Director of the Center of Strategic Foresight, Ms. Jihan Charfi, Head of the Human Resources Department, and Ms. Rim Jalloul, from ICESCO Center of Strategic Foresight, represented the Organization in the two-day forum, which started on February 17, 2023.

In his address during the “Human Resources Strategies in the Digital Age: Innovative and Adaptive Practices” session, Dr. Hammami presented an overview of strategic foresight, indicating that according to studies, 60% of tomorrow’s jobs do not exist today, which requires us to deal with the HR function through anticipating these jobs and adopting proactive positions to keep pace with the demographic boom that the world is witnessing.
