Tunisian Minister of Education receives ISESCO Director General

Today evening in his office in Tunis, Dr Hatem Ben Salem, Tunisian Minister of Education, President of the Tunisian National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, received the Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri.

During this meeting, the two parties explored ways to strengthen the cooperation relations between ISESCO, the Tunisian Ministry of Education and National Commission as part of implementing ISESCO’s Action Plan for 2019-2021.

On this occasion, Dr Altwaijri presented to Dr Hatem Ben Salem a report on ISESCO’s programmes and activities in Tunisia over the period 2012-2018. He also offered him ISESCO Golden Medal in appreciation of his efforts to achieve the objectives of ISESCO’s civilizational mission and his sustained support to its activities.
