ISESCO Director General commends KSA support for Palestinian Cause and rights of Palestinian people

The Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, commended the unfaltering support extended by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Palestine and the Palestinian people in their quest for an independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

On this occasion, Dr Altwaijri said that the position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vis-à-vis the Palestinian Cause is firm and will always be in favor of the Palestinian right, international legitimacy and the Arab Peace Initiative. He also stated that the the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ emphasis on the importance of Al-Quds Al-Sharif Cause for the Arab-Islamic Ummah and his rejection of any unilateral action regarding the Holy City constitute a firm response to the falsehoods and misinformation promoted by some parties to cast doubt on KSA’s position towards the Palestinian cause and Al-Quds Al-Sharif. They also constitute a rejection of the Judaization policy targeting the Holy City and the distortion of its Arab-Islamic cultural and civilizational monuments.
