ISESCO Director General receives Indonesian President’s special envoy for Interfaith and Cultural Dialogue and Cooperation
The Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, today morning in his office, received Mr Syafiq Mughni, Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia for Interfaith and Cultural Dialogue and Cooperation.
During this meeting, the two parties explored ways to promote relations between ISESCO and Indonesian competent authorities in the areas of mutual interest, namely the promotion of intercultural dialogue, alliance of civilizations, interfaith coexistence, dissemination of moderation and middle stance values and the fight against intellectual extremism and religious fanaticism.
